Mark Brill - CEO
Mark has been a company director since 1986 and managing director and CEO since 1992.
He has always been an early adopter of technology pushing forward new technologies first in the graphic design industry, then internet development and now with mobile. In 1994 he created the web-development department for Formation, and move the company into the mobile applications sector in 2003.

Paola Eliahoo - Finance Director
Paola's broad experience as financial manager and management accounting covers film production, charities, internet companies and online recruitment. She has been Finance Director of Formation since the company started in 1992, and from the founding of Ping Corp in 2005. She has acted as finance manager for two major company buy-outs - one film production company and one internet company.
